Frosty Footpath - winter snow

Will you wait for me,
Until the leaves turn brown,
And the geese have flown to where the wilderbeest roam?
My feet are small and weak so it will take me a while
To reach the place of my appointed destiny.
Remember what you said,
If it should take a million lifetimes
Until the snow covers the ocean floor
And the summer rains are no more
And the valleys rise to the mountain peaks
And all life stands still and frozen weak
Will you be there,
Will you be there
Waiting and watching,
Will you wait for me,
Until I come?

Deuteronomy 7:9
“Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.”
